General Summary:

We are seeking a talented Staff Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development of applications and Test Frameworks, and automate evaluation of 'Agentic AI and multimodal use cases' using Qualcomm AI Stack SDKs and tools on Snapdragon platforms. You will drive architecture, feature development, and SDK enhancements for various platforms. Collaboration with the AI software team and other internal sub-teams within Qualcomm supporting the Orchestrator SDK is essential.

We value independence and leadership, so you will have the opportunity to work autonomously with minimal supervision while guiding other team members. Your decisions will significantly impact work beyond your immediate group.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
    OR
  • Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
    OR
  • PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience.

Additional requirement: 2+ years of experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Staff Software Engineer, Machine Learning Group

Responsibilities include assisting with the software design and development of the Qualcomm AI Stack, SDKs, and tools for Snapdragon platforms, demonstrating your passion for software design, development, and debugging skills.

DevOps Staff Engineer Role:

Seeking an experienced Python programmer with a strong background in DevOps (Jenkins, Groovy, Docker, GitHub) to improve CI/CD tools, automate processes, and support seamless integration and deployment. Responsibilities include mentoring, troubleshooting, and automation development.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Python scripting.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably GitHub or Gerrit.
  • Extensive experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to convert pipelines to scripts.
  • Experience with Docker containers and troubleshooting.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science).
  • 10-15 years of relevant IT experience in DevOps.
