We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional to manage our e-commerce stores across multiple platforms. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional to manage our e-commerce stores across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings, creating engaging content, and designing product visuals to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce shops (such as Daraz, Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
  • Design high-quality product images, banners, and promotional graphics.
  • Write engaging and SEO-friendly content for products, collections, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor store performance and suggest improvements for better visibility and conversions.
  • Coordinate with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and campaign execution.
  • Handle basic customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to improve listings and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management or online store handling.
  • Strong skills in content writing and graphic/product design.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, Amazon, etc.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
Preferred Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (interns/freshers with a portfolio can also apply).
