Job Requirements:

Technical Skills
  • IT Infrastructure Support: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure field support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues while adhering to hardware warranty and security compliance requirements.
  • Expertise in installing, troubleshooting, and fixing hardware problems for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, as well as resolving issues with desktop applications.
  • Network and System Knowledge: Basic understanding of enterprise LAN/WAN setups and concepts. Usage knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP. Ability to troubleshoot end-user network cabling issues effectively.
  • Smart Hands Support: Experience with peripheral and networking hardware such as monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other related devices. Ability to perform "Smart Hand" activities based on instructions.
  • Operating Systems Expertise: Strong skills in desk-side support and PC break/fix, including basic administration of Windows OS. Familiarity with MAC/Linux OS (preferred).
  • Additional Skills: Ability to lift/move computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Remedy. Proficiency in repeat call analysis and implementing preventive actions.
Certifications and Education:
  • Preferably an Associate Degree in Electronics.
  • CompTIA A+ Certification.
  • Vendor certifications from OEMs (Dell, Toshiba, Lenovo, etc.) are a plus.
Non-Technical Skills
  • Strong customer management skills with excellent oral and written communication.
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with clients and team members at various levels.
  • Driven, result-oriented, and passionate about work.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible work schedule availability.
