VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT - AD INSURANCE ADMINISTRATION - ADMIN DTE - BUHOCandidates having minimum masters degree in Management Sciences from HEC recognized University.
EXPERIENCE/ SKILL
Preferably 5 years of experience in the management of health, life, fixed assets, and vehicle insurances at a renowned public university in Pakistan.
Duties/ Responsibilities of Departmental Coordinators are as follows:
- Planning, processing, contracting and execution of different insurance schemes catering health & life, fixed assets and vehicles.
- Review, scrutiny and processing of medical claims.
- Trouble shoot/ pursue all issues related to insurances especially hospital admission issues on daily basis round the clock.
- Oversight and management of health insurance proceedings, additions/ deletions and record keeping.
- Act as key resource person/ single point of contact among all insurance related stakeholders and BU enterprise.
- Prepare statistical/ analytical reports for perusal of higher management.
- Ensure an effective mechanism of feedback and problem solving on case-to-case basis with relevant stakeholders.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Director Admin (Safety & Security).
