Job Description

The role involves managing mail queries related to layouts, sampling, production, VIPS, and GPM layouts daily, checking previous day's layouts, coordinating with the GPD department for initial layouts, and preparing layouts based on PDF files received. Responsibilities include developing production mapping layouts and sampling according to BOM details, proofreading layouts, obtaining client approval, operating tracking software, maintaining logs, ensuring 5S standards, completing cross-functional projects, and generating layouts using system software Auto Typese.

Qualifications

Education: Intermediate/Diploma in Graphics.

Experience: 5+ years in Graphics Technical Field.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and optional creative skills.
