Job Title: Graphic Designer (Esports & Gaming)

Experience: 1-3 Years

Location: Hybrid

About MetaNinza:

MetaNinza is an emerging esports platform dedicated to organizing tournaments, building gaming communities, and driving engagement in the Indian gaming ecosystem. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is passionate about esports, gaming, and digital creativity to join our team and help shape the visual identity of MetaNinza.

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and high-quality creatives for social media, website, marketing campaigns, and in-app visuals.

• Create eye-catching visuals for esports tournaments, gaming events, and brand collaborations.

• Work closely with the social media, digital marketing and product teams to develop branding materials, promotional banners, and UI elements.

• Design motion graphics, video thumbnails, and short animations to enhance engagement.

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.

• Stay updated on design trends, gaming aesthetics, and esports branding to create innovative graphics.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in gaming, esports, or entertainment industries.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (motion graphics experience is a plus).

• Strong understanding of esports and gaming culture.

• Ability to create engaging social media creatives, banners, short videos and in-app graphics.

• Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a bonus.

• Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and meet deadlines.
