Job Responsibilities
  1. Handle and resolve student queries and concerns efficiently using our ticket system.
  2. Provide timely and accurate information to address student inquiries.
  3. Oversee and manage the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) portal for students.
  4. Ensure students have access to necessary resources and support within the VLE.
  5. Maintain accurate records of issued ID cards and ensure the security of the ID card system.
  6. Monitor and manage student attendance records.
  7. Collaborate with faculty to address attendance issues and ensure compliance with attendance policies.
  8. Assist students in forming letters, recommendations, and other official documents.
  9. Ensure these documents are completed accurately and meet the required standards.
  10. Manage the student online portal, ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience in student registration and student affairs.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Well-organized with multi-tasking abilities.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
  • Relevant experience from a university setting.
