Principal Responsibilities

  1. Lead end-to-end full lifecycle recruitment from direct approach to completion.
  2. Proactively source candidates and create and maintain talent pools.
  3. Ensure all recruitment processes comply with policy and regulatory requirements.
  4. Provide data insights and market intelligence to support and influence hiring strategies.
  5. Manage escalations with a sense of urgency to provide effective solutions.
  6. Identify process gaps to drive continuous improvement and bring an innovative mindset to help deliver strategic objectives.
