We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer with over 2 years of hands-on experience in building scalable full-stack applications, specializing in Node.js for backend development and proficient in modern frontend technologies. You will design and develop high-performance server-side logic, create responsive and dynamic user interfaces, and implement real-time features using GraphQL and WebSockets. If you thrive on solving complex problems, writing clean, efficient code, and working across the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), we'd love to meet you

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.
  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and real-time features with WebSockets for seamless data communication.
  • Integrate external systems and third-party services to enhance application functionality.
  • Design and implement responsive, high-quality frontend interfaces using React, Next.js, and state management libraries like Redux Toolkit or Zustand.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Participate in technical planning, code reviews, and mentoring junior team members.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of backend and frontend applications.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Maintain code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code coverage using tools like Jest, Mocha, or similar.
  • Contribute to improving development workflows, tools, and best practices for backend and frontend development.

Qualifications:

  • Over 2 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on Node.js for backend and React for frontend.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in Node.js and frameworks like Express.js or NestJS for server-side logic.
  • Experience with API design (RESTful APIs, GraphQL) and real-time features using WebSockets.
  • Proficiency with databases: MongoDB, Sequelize (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Supabase, and Redis for caching and data management.
  • Familiarity with third-party service integration and backend performance optimization.

Frontend Development:

  • Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and state management tools like Redux Toolkit or Zustand.
  • Ability to build responsive, dynamic, and performant user interfaces.
  • Familiarity with modern frontend workflows and component-based architecture.

General Skills:

  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative tools (GitHub, GitLab).
  • Basic understanding of containerization (Docker) and deployment processes.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.) for backend and frontend code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Work Schedule: Night shift, 6 PM to 3 AM
  • Location: Onsite
