Assistant Director – Mobile Application Developer (Flutter) (Contractual)

Responsibilities:

  1. Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in developing mobile applications using Flutter.
  2. Strong proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter framework.
  3. Experience with Flutter widgets, layouts, and architecture.
  4. Experience in developing large-scale apps with extensive data entry.
  5. Experience of state management with Block/Riverpod and prior experience building apps using the MVVM pattern.
  6. Strong understanding of mobile app design principles and user interface guidelines.
  7. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/delivery.
  8. Good understanding of localization and Navigator, version control tools like Git, and IDEs like Android Studio, VS Code, Xcode.
  9. A portfolio of previous work in Native Android/iOS Development is highly desirable.
  10. Must have at least 3 Flutter applications currently available and deployed on Google Play & App Store.
  11. Hands-on experience with third-party SDK integration.
  12. Good understanding of dependency injection and service locator techniques, and familiarity with app flavoring of apps.
  13. Ability to multitask and be self-paced to accomplish goals.
  14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  15. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  16. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Educational Background:

  1. Bachelors in Computer Science (4 years) or a related field from HEC recognized University.
  2. Master's degree in a related field will be preferred.

Job Location: Islamabad

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 1 year (extendable if required) and will be on a 6-month probation period.
  2. Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test and interview.
  4. Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
  5. 5 years' relaxation in age is already included in above age limit.
  6. Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  7. Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
  8. No TA/DA will be admissible.
  9. Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of interview. In case of foreign degree, equivalency will also be submitted.
  10. Females, minorities, transgender, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
  11. Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smart watches, etc. will not be allowed during test and interview.
  12. The deadline for submission of application is 20th October 2024, and only online applications will be accepted.
