Job Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, maintain, and enhance complex back-end features and services using Java Spring Boot and other server-side technologies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance.
• Design and implement modular and reusable code libraries, focusing on scalability and maintainability to support future application growth and evolving requirements.
• Lead the integration of external APIs and data sources, collaborating closely with front-end and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow, functionality, and optimal user experience.
• Optimize database performance through effective schema design, indexing, and query tuning, while managing connections and ensuring efficient data access patterns.
• Deliver clean, maintainable, and well-documented code by adhering to advanced coding standards, industry best practices, and ensuring peer code review feedback is applied effectively.
• Drive and conduct comprehensive code reviews, mentoring team members to enhance code quality, adherence to standards, and team collaboration.
• Develop and maintain robust unit, integration, and performance tests, ensuring system reliability, stability, and seamless deployment in production environments.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in Java, Spring Boot, and back-end architecture, and proactively introduce new tools, technologies, or methodologies to the team.
• Take ownership of technical specifications, development roadmaps, and project deliverables, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
• Serve as a technical leader within the team by mentoring junior developers, troubleshooting critical issues, and advocating for continuous process improvement in development practices.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in back-end development, with a strong focus on Java Spring Boot and associated technologies.

Technical Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with Java 8+ features, including Streams, Lambdas, and Functional Programming concepts.
• Proven track record of designing and developing scalable microservices using Spring Boot.
• Advanced experience in developing, consuming, and securing REST APIs.
• Proficiency in Spring Framework modules, such as Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, Spring Batch, and Spring Cloud.
• Strong experience with SQL databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design, including versioning, documentation (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI), and best practices.
• Expertise in implementing security mechanisms like OAuth2, JSON Web Tokens (JWT), and basic cryptographic techniques.
• Experience with GraphQL APIs is a plus.
• Knowledge of scalable architecture patterns, including load balancing, caching, and horizontal scaling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and other DevOps practices.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Advanced experience with Git, including branching strategies, merge workflows, and repository management.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to independently analyze and resolve complex back-end challenges, optimize performance, and enhance code quality.
• Collaboration: Demonstrates strong collaboration skills by effectively working with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, promoting best practices, and taking ownership of projects to drive technical discussions and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Learning Agility: Exhibits a strong eagerness to stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, coupled with the ability to quickly adopt and lead the implementation of new tools, processes, andmethodologies.
