Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our projects. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure all project-related activities are executed efficiently, documentation is maintained, and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor project tasks and deliverables to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines, resources, and meetings.
  • Maintain and track project documentation including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all project activities and communications.
  • Liaise between internal departments, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
  • Prepare and distribute project-related reports, status updates, and documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate potential risks or delays to management.
  • Assist in budget tracking, procurement coordination, and logistics.
  • Support project teams during internal and external audits.
  • Uphold compliance with company standards, procedures, and client requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Document Controller, or in a similar administrative/project role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ISO procedures or quality management systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle confidential project information with discretion.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or document control.
  • Experience in the oil & gas or engineering/construction sector will be considered a strong advantage.
