The Role
In this leading role of Business Line Manager CTS, your mission is to generate customer value through your organization, enabling clear focus on execution of service sales, customer support and operations. You will be responsible for continuous development, management and finding improvement opportunities in the service organization to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction and deliver sustainable, profitable growth.

- Devise, establish and implement growth plans for the organization in line with the ambition of the division.
- Continuously improve the operation of the customer center, while defining clear roles and responsibilities.
- Develop a self-accountable, result-driven organization, focused on customer value.
- Manage, guide, and increase presence in the market through all possible channels to provide maximum customer satisfaction.
- Focus on value service, sales, and technical support, to increase revenues and customer share.
- Have a clear vision on the current position of the CTS – Brand strategy, the future goal to achieve and the strategy to follow, including short- and long-term action plans.
- Overall responsibility for CTS business development through the implementation of the optimal marketing mix of product – price – promotion – presence – people development.
- Overall responsibility for CTS financial results, covering turnover, profit and working capital.
- Manage our brand and product portfolio regarding market potential and profitability.
- Active management of territory by close analysis of parameters such as growth, penetration, opportunity, etc.
- Full implementation and adoption of all standard tools through the direct, indirect, and digital channels, with the aim of increasing sales and service efficiency.
- Implementation of a strong distribution strategy with special attention on improving both commercial and technical support for our channel partners, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Strong proliferation of our ambition to decrease every customer's Total Cost of Ownership by moving up the service ladder, with focus on Annual Service Contracts and Total Responsibility Service Plans.
- Continuously develop and grow the people in the Compressor Technique Service sales team by training and competence development, including yearly appraisals and follow-up.
- Ensure solid relationships with key customers, distributors, and other channel partners.
- Utilize Customer Feedback through our NPS platform to drive service improvement, with a special focus on addressing customer needs.
- Consistently analyze the business within the territory and identify target areas for action, encouraging the sales team to take this action wherever possible.
- Be an inspiration for your team by demonstrating excellent leadership skills, expert knowledge, and being a torchbearer during times of crisis.
- Continue to bring efficiency, both internally and externally, by committing to selling more sustainable products, with Fixed Price Service, Service Exchange, Service Plans, Advance Services, and focusing on digital Sales/Services.
To succeed, you'll need:
- University degree in Engineering, commercial or similar through extensive experience.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role to lead diversified technical, analytical, and commercial teams.
- Willingness to develop by learning new skills and increasing knowledge of our products, systems, and the company's market and operation.
- Good engineering knowledge with experience in rotating equipment design, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborative with stakeholders at all levels, able to create and effectively communicate concise business execution plans, action & purpose driven.
- Customer-oriented, able to understand internal and external customer needs, derive actions, and prioritize them accordingly.
- Open and reflective while forming opinions, able to take risks and act while analyzing potential pitfalls of actions.
- Show empathy while enforcing company policies and strategic direction. Self-motivated and self-accountable, willing to act with clear result orientation.
