Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for automating our current testing processes while also contributing to manual testing efforts to ensure the highest product quality. You'll be empowered with AI-enhanced tools to boost your productivity and help you focus on high-impact work. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of quality processes, shape automation practices, and work alongside a fast-moving team building modern, scalable products.

Responsibilities

  • Take the lead on automating key testing processes using Playwright and other modern tools.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate test generation, debugging, and test coverage analysis.
  • Conduct manual testing for new features and regression testing for product + content releases.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites for UI and API testing.
  • Use Postman to design and execute API test cases and validate backend services.
  • Identify, log, and track bugs and issues using tools such as Bugherd/JIRA.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for test plans, test cases, and test results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in software QA with a focus on test automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright for UI automation (Python/JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).
  • Proficient in Postman for REST API testing.
  • Strong understanding of automation frameworks, best practices, and test strategy.
  • Experience writing and maintaining test cases and documenting results.
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies and Agile software development.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using AI-based tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Cursor.
  • Knowledge of performance or load testing tools.
  • Prior experience with WordPress or PHP-based applications.
