Your role:

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to contribute to the development of a Gen AI-based application for our business enterprise. This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of our innovative AI initiatives. As we are serving the fin-tech industry, we are also interested in AI applications for customer service, cyber security, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the development and delivery of a Gen AI-based application.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into various applications and improve overall system performance.
  3. Fine-tune LLMs and implement RAG for developing LLM powered chat platform.
  4. Optimize LLMs for specific use cases and industries, customizing solutions to meet diverse customer needs.
  5. Troubleshoot and address issues related to language model performance, scalability, and integration.
  6. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to preprocess and prepare datasets for training and fine-tuning language models.
  7. Foster a startup-like environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
  8. Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

What you need:

  1. 4+ years of experience in similar roles, with a proven track record of developing and delivering Gen AI-based products.
  2. Strong educational background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
  3. Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  4. Solid programming skills in languages like Python or Java.
  5. Previous work on large-scale language model projects is a plus.
  6. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for model deployment. Should also be flexible to work with on-premises cloud.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think out of the box.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
