Job Title: Cold Caller – Lead Generation (Digital Marketing Services)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and persuasive Cold Caller to join our Lahore team. Your primary role will be to initiate outbound calls, engage potential business clients, qualify leads, and transfer interested prospects to our sales closers. You'll be the first point of contact for many future clients, so strong communication skills and an understanding of digital marketing solutions are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to businesses in the U.S. market.
  • Introduce and promote our digital marketing services.
  • Identify qualified leads and schedule or transfer live calls to the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate call notes and lead status.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and transfer targets.
  • Follow call scripts and objection-handling techniques to maintain professionalism and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales (preferably B2B).
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.) is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking software is a bonus.
  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
