- Work closely with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design.
- Addressing performance, development and deployment issues across the client(s)/portfolio(s)
- Analyze business processes, identify potential automation opportunities.
- Creating the – PDD (Process Description Document.
- Preparing test cases for the UAT of the developed processes.
- Providing the solution proposal by checking the scalability of the RPA client architecture.
- Assist the team by providing insights from the documentations.
- Updating to RPA stakeholders and other team members during project delivery.
- Ensuring quality and timeliness of automated processes.
- Developing RPA prototypes and Proofs of Concept
