Production Support Officer

Job Purpose

To work in the production manufacturing area (encapsulation) ensuring the required output and complying with applicable GMP, EHS and Regulatory standards.

Education, Experience & Skills

• DAE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in operating encapsulation machines.
• Maintain production, downtime, changeover, and maintenance records.
• Ensure GMP and EHS compliance, including safety and zero waste.
• Improve machine efficiency, maintain KPIs, ensure cost-effective operations, and handle SAP transactions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong experience to operate encapsulation machine and resolve machine issues smoothly.
• Ensure Safety of the area with Zero Waste Promotions and ZAP reporting.
• Keep up-to-date production, downtime, changeover, preventive maintenance and other records on daily basis for Suspension filling line, compression & coating area.
• Suggest and implement measures to improve machine efficiency
• Ensure all production floor's KPI are being maintained and met. e.g. Adherence to Daily OEE target and Adherence to conformance of daily plan.
• Ensure the GMP (proper labeling, IPC etc) and EHS (Zero access, LOTO etc) compliance during operation.
• Ensure cost efficient way, right first-time operation, minimizing changeovers and avoiding wastages.
• Maintain complete record of the respective machine e.g. daily working Logbooks, Maintenance Record, Cleaning and Changeover Record etc.
• Ensure Data integrity compliance and improve the DI control (ALCOA principle) at line.
• Ensure all area related End to End production SAP transactions are punched timely.
