Description

1.Teach English Language and comprehension skills specifically tailored for LUMS and NUST entrance tests.

2.Develop lesson plans, practice material, and mock tests aligned with the Entry Test syllabus and pattern.

3.Deliver engaging and targeted English lessons aligned with the format of LUMS (SAT-based) and NUST (NET) entry tests.

4.Teach core components including:

·Reading Comprehension

·Vocabulary and Contextual Usage

·Grammar and Sentence Correction

·Critical Reading and Analytical Reasoning

5. Develop and administer practice tests, quizzes, and mock exams.

6. Identify individual student weaknesses and provide personalized feedback and support.

7. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.

8.Maintain a disciplined, motivating, and supportive classroom environment.

9.Stay updated on test patterns, question styles, and evaluation criteria for LUMS and NUST.

10. Collaborate with Academic Coordinator to design course plans and materials.

11.Other duties as required by the Principal Akhuwat College Kasur.

Qualification: BS/MS English or Applied Linguistics

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English at intermediate level, LUMS/SAT and NUST/NET preparatory classes at a reputable institution.

B.Ed./M.Ed. degree holders will be preferred
