Key Responsibilities:
- Be an active member of the IT Risk & Compliance (ITRC) Organization.
- Support designing and developing the ITRC program and processes to support business requirements.
- Provide targeted training on ITRC areas, including IT Privacy and SOX Control framework.
- Engage with other areas within the organization.
- Represent IT in the internal privacy management team.
- Familiar with privacy regulations, policies, standards, and processes.
- Consult on privacy matters within the IT organization.
- Perform regular Privacy Assessments on processes.
- Ensure privacy requirements are integrated into project plans.
- Identify improvements in data privacy practices.
- Lead projects for global privacy compliance.
- Coordinate with IT teams on privacy requirements.
- Align with privacy leaders organization-wide.
- Develop solutions to ensure privacy standards are met.
- Expertise in the Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) framework.
- Consult on SOX matters within IT and Controllership.
- Ensure SOX controls are included in project plans and system designs.
- Assist in creating control narratives.
- Work with remediation teams to meet audit requirements.
- Identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Manage AuditBoard software for compliance activities.
- 4-8 years in IT, with expertise in IT Compliance, Privacy, and/or SOX regulations.
- CISA, IAPP, or similar certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of privacy laws and principles.
- Ability to facilitate communication between technical and business teams.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Proficiency with SharePoint and MS Teams.
- Experience with AuditBoard is advantageous.
