Overview

We are looking for a Dental Hygienist for our client's company. We are also recruiting Dental Assistants to provide hands-on support to Dentists and complete prep work so they can care for patients more efficiently. Duties include completing intake paperwork, updating patient records, sterilizing and organizing dental tools, and assisting during dental procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Screening patients during checkups
  • Reviewing a patient's dental history
  • Recommending care to improve a patient's oral health
  • Teaching patients about proper teeth cleaning techniques
  • Performing preventive dental care
  • Applying fluoride treatments
  • Taking x-rays and reviewing them for signs of dental diseases
Qualifications

Dental Hygienists perform basic dental duties as well as assist with more advanced procedures. Responsibilities and duties for a Dental Hygienist include:

  • Active license as a Dental Hygienist (as applicable by location)
  • Strong knowledge of preventive dental care and oral health
  • Ability to educate patients on oral hygiene techniques
  • Proficiency in taking and interpreting dental x-rays
