Job Description

Avanceon is excited to welcome a Trainee Software Engineer to join our team and embark on a dynamic journey in Business Intelligence (BI) and Full Stack Development. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including BI solutions (Power BI, Tableau, Excel Reporting, and Dream Reporting), SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, ETL, SSIS, SOAP, REST API, SCADA, PLC, ReactJS, Angular, Python, C#, ASP.NET, and GIS.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Intelligence (BI) Solutions
  1. Assist in the development and maintenance of BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Excel Reporting, and Dream Reporting.
  2. Work closely with senior developers to create visually compelling dashboards and reports for data analysis.
Data Management And Integration
  1. Learn and contribute to data management processes, including SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, ETL, and SSIS.
  2. Participate in the integration of data through SOAP and REST APIs.
  3. Gain exposure to Full Stack Development by working on projects involving ReactJS, Angular, Python, C#, and ASP.NET.
  4. Gain exposure to GIS technologies and contribute to projects involving spatial data.
  5. Learn about SCADA systems and PLCs, focused on developing software interfaces to industrial process monitoring and control.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Basic understanding of software development concepts and a strong interest in BI and Full Stack technologies.
  3. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and languages.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
