Job Description:

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and articulate Presales Consultant to lead key client-facing and proposal-driven initiatives. With at least two years of experience in pre-sales and RFP response, the ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between technical teams and clients, crafting compelling proposals, delivering persuasive presentations, and identifying new partnership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end proposal development lifecycle, including RFP analysis, proposal writing, team coordination, and submission.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements and align solutions.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to tailor proposals to client needs.
  • Create client-facing pitch decks and solution overviews.
  • Represent the company in meetings with clients, partners, and consortiums.
  • Identify and nurture strategic partnerships aligned with our core offerings.
  • Contribute to the improvement of pre-sales collateral and knowledge repositories.
  • Mentor junior team members and support quality assurance across business development deliverables.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a relevant discipline.
  • 2 years of experience in pre-sales, RFP/proposal development, and client engagement.
  • Ability to craft persuasive business documentation and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Suite.
  • Understanding of the sales lifecycle, especially in B2B or enterprise environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple proposals and client interactions simultaneously.
  • Self-driven, confident, and capable of operating with minimal supervision.
