We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive operational excellence across our businesses worldwide by consolidating, simplifying, and continuously improving processes across HSBC operations.
  • Manage multiple GCP projects.
  • Collaborate with the application packaging team and assist in resolving technical challenges during the integration phase.
  • Communicate with relevant project teams to resolve technical/application issues related to GCP solutions delivery.
  • Work with Engineering and Operations to ensure proper environment monitoring.
  • Ensure SLA commitments are met and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Perform deployment activities to create and maintain development, test, UAT, and production environments during project deployment.
  • Establish, document, and implement best practices in application initiation and deployment processes.
  • Focus on continuous improvement to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain flexibility according to project needs.
