Job Opportunity: Research Fellows

Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals, who are not married to a foreign national, for two temporary Research Fellow positions in the Department of Environmental Sciences. These positions are part of the ILSI RESEARCH FOUNDATION project No. BRPGP010-13, titled "Impact of rhizodeposition and incorporation of residues from Bt-cotton on soil ecosystem processes of carbon & nitrogen cycling."

Position Details:
  1. Number of Positions: 2
  2. Honorarium: Rs. 10,000/- per month (consolidated)
  3. Qualifications: M.Sc/M.Phil in Environmental or related sciences/engineering
  4. Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in biogeochemical analyses, greenhouse studies, plant physiological analyses, and report writing. Responsibilities include working in both field and laboratory settings, growing plants, conducting chemical analyses, preparing project reports, and manuscript writing.
  5. Project Duration: 12 months
  6. Terms: Positions are temporary; incumbents must sign a bond for the project duration.
