Tekboox looking to hire PurchaseExpeditor / Purchase Coordinator with 5–7 years of relevant experience to manage post-order procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Procurement Manager and coordinate daily with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams.
• Independently track and manage vendor purchase orders to ensure timely execution.
• Communicate with vendors for order acknowledgments, delivery updates, and any required documentation.
• Monitor and update order status on the company's ERP system (Microsoft D365).
• Issue pre-delivery alerts and coordinate all follow-up actions with suppliers, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively resolve potential delays and escalate issues as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure all dependencies for customer deliveries are met.
• Maintain accurate records of all communication and order progress updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in expediting and vendor management processes.

Job Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Business Administration ,Supply Chain or equivalent field.
• 5–7 years of experience in procurement, expediting, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and experienced with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job timing & Location

Timing: 10am to 7pm (5working days)
