Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Developer to join our growing team in Lahore. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving business growth, has a solid understanding of the IT services industry, and can engage clients confidently.

The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and developing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of common tech stacks and should be able to address basic technical queries without relying entirely on the development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads through online research, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to align business goals.
  • Provide timely and effective communication to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Respond to basic technical questions from clients and communicate requirements clearly to the dev team.
  • Utilize freelancing and B2B platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) to secure new projects and partnerships.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM or sales tracking system for performance reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, market research, and business development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent analytical and customer service skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of technology stacks, including web development, mobile apps, CMS, SEO, etc.
  • Ability to confidently handle and respond to common technical queries from clients.
  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other online marketplaces.
  • Previous experience in the IT services industry is a strong plus.
