Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team at Pakson International Plastic Industries Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the furniture industry, preferably within our company. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing our store operations, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage inventory, including stock control, ordering, and maintaining optimum stock levels
- Monitor sales activities and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall store performance
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
