3Li Global is looking for an experienced Zoho Developer & Technical Consultant with a strong background in Digital IT Services and expertise in Zoho solutions. The ideal candidate should be flexible with working hours to align with US business hours, at least until lunchtime, as our main office is in Dubai, but we have teams in the US.

About the Role

As a Zoho Developer & Technical Consultant, you will:
- Develop, customize, and integrate Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and other Zoho applications
- Work on automation, workflows, and scripting using Deluge & API integrations
- Provide technical consultation and recommend best practices for Zoho solutions
- Assist clients in data migration, dashboard/report building, and system optimization
- Troubleshoot technical issues and enhance Zoho platform performance
- Work with other Digital IT Services tools and platforms to ensure smooth integrations

Requirements
- Strong experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho apps
- Expertise in Deluge scripting, API integrations, and workflow automation
- Hands-on experience in custom functions, widgets, and blueprints
- Prior experience in Digital IT Services and working with other CRM, ERP, or cloud solutions
- Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and third-party integrations is a plus
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Flexibility with US working hours (at least till lunchtime, if not full-time)
- Prior experience in Zoho implementation and consulting is preferred
