Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET/.NET Core and React, along with strong expertise in SQL, JavaScript, and database design. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development and enhancement of our enterprise-level applications and will work closely with internal teams and external clients to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions. This is a full-time onsite position based in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end solutions using .NET/.NET Core and React
  • Write efficient, scalable backend services and APIs using C# and .NET technologies
  • Build responsive and maintainable front-end components using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage directly with clients to understand and implement business-critical features.
  • Ensure technical feasibility and performance of UI/UX designs
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
  • Follow agile development practices and actively participate in SCRUM ceremonies
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning
  • Open to traveling for client meetings or onsite support when required, including potential travel to client sites in the European region.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience
  • Strong command of .NET/.NET Core and C# for backend development
  • Strong expertise in modern React and its ecosystem, including Hooks, Context API, and functional components
  • Hands-on experience with Microfrontend design and implementation, and ability to work with Webpack Module Federation or similar tools for Microfrontends
  • Solid understanding of modular and component-based architecture; familiarity with state management libraries such as Valtio and Redux
  • Experience with or exposure to Sencha Ext JS is a strong advantage. Knowledge of legacy system modernization using hybrid architectures (e.g., React integrated with Sencha) will be considered a significant plus
  • Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating frontend/backend services
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases
  • Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to present and articulate technical solutions effectively
  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and package managers (npm/yarn)
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to convert designs from tools like Figma
  • Excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements when required
  • Experience in the Consumer Goods/Retail sector and exposure to commercial processes such as trade promotions, sales agreements, sales force automation, incentives management, and retail execution will be a strong advantage
