About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic, goal-driven Senior Sales Account Executive to join our high-performing team. If you're passionate about building client relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue through innovative solutions, this role is for you. It combines client relationship management with sales execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Proactively identify and engage potential clients to generate new business.
  2. Effectively communicate Veclar's services, tailoring solutions to meet client goals.
  3. Build and nurture long-term relationships with B2B clients.
  4. Support onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth experience.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure client success.
  6. Monitor account performance and identify upselling opportunities.
  7. Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and document interactions.
  8. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  9. Address client inquiries promptly, resolving concerns and escalating as needed.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitors.

What We're Looking For

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Client Relations (preferably B2B).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management systems.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Willing to work during night shifts to align with US and Canadian hours.
