Job Overview:

Sourcecode is looking for a Publications Upseller to join our dynamic sales team In this role, you'll engage with existing and potential customers to upsell eBooks, research publications, and digital content solutions. You'll play a key part in increasing revenue by identifying client needs and offering relevant products.

Responsibilities:

• Upsell relevant publications and digital content to existing and potential customers.
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements:

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in sales, upselling, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
• Familiarity with digital publishing or academic content is a plus.
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
