Education: B.A/B.Ed/Bachelors in Social Science or equivalent

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in community mobilization within educational projects, including fieldwork, school monitoring, teacher training, community engagement, and networking.

Job Description
  • Conduct regular field visits to support project implementation in assigned schools.
  • Coordinate with assigned schools, teachers, and local stakeholders.
  • Responsible for conducting all assessments (baseline, midline, and endline) and should be Tech-Savvy to use the apps or tools.
  • Monitor daily attendance of TaRL Camps, assess students' knowledge level, and adjust in groups with teachers' consultation.
  • Record Keeping of daily attendance and sharing with line supervisor.
  • Engage with local communities to support project activities.
  • Monitor cluster or assigned school overall progress and report to the line supervisor.
  • Address any local challenges and provide solutions with Team consultation.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards in all project activities and interactions with stakeholders.
  • Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and hand on experience of social mobilization
  • Good communication, report writing, decision making skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the local language
  • Ability to work with local communities
  • Must be local to MC Umerkot, Dhoronaro, Kunri, Nabisar Road/Thar
