Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and articulate Sales Client Relationship officer– IT & SaaS Solutions to join our sales team. You will be responsible for handling qualified leads, taking meetings, understanding business needs, and closing deals. You must have proven experience in communicating with international clients and closing sales calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take qualified leads and conduct discovery meetings (primarily over Zoom or Google Meet).
  • Communicate effectively with international clients in fluent, professional English.
  • Understand client pain points and position Hashlogics' solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to craft tailored proposals.
  • Handle the entire sales cycle — from first call to final contract.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates on pipeline status.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and conversion targets.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (professional and fluent).
  • Proven track record of closing clients over video/voice calls.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of technology-driven services and custom solutions.
  • Confident, persuasive, and solution-oriented mindset.
