Our all-in-one SaaS solution is used by agencies and small businesses to streamline their operations and close more deals — faster.
We're expanding our sales team and are looking for a driven and organized Appointment Setter to help us book qualified meetings for our Sales Executives and CEO.
Role Overview
As an Appointment Setter, your job is to call and message leads from our CRM, qualify them, and schedule meetings with our Account Executives or CEO (Mike Brown). You are the first point of contact in our sales process and will play a key role in filling the pipeline with high-intent opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and message warm/cold leads daily using our CRM
- Qualify leads using a provided script and checklist
- Schedule meetings with Account Executive or CEO using Calendly
- Follow up with no-show clients and leads who asked to be contacted later
- Maintain and update lead status in CloseGPT CRM and ClickUp
- Send pre-written email/WhatsApp reminders to confirm appointments
- Log daily performance in KPI report (calls made, meetings booked, follow-ups)
Daily Expectations
- Book 3–5 meetings per day with qualified leads
- Update CRM with accurate lead status and notes
- Submit daily KPI task in ClickUp
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telesales, appointment setting, or B2B calling (1+ year preferred)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Confident, clear communicator with a positive tone
- Familiarity with CRM systems (CloseGPT CRM, GoHighLevel, or similar)
- Ability to manage time, follow processes, and stay organized
- Self-motivated and target-driven

Working Hours
Equivalent to 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time (PKT)
(Full-time night shift – Monday to Friday)
(Based on experience and performance; bonuses possible for top performers)
