We are seeking a highly skilled and versatileSenior DevOps Engineerto join our engineering and operations team. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience withCI/CD,Kubernetes,Azure Cloud Services, andmonitoring and alerting solutions, along with a solid foundation ininfrastructure automation,security, andAI service integrations.You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining the deployment pipelines, infrastructure, observability stack, and secure integrations with enterprise tools likeAzure AI,Slack,Teams, andJira.

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD & Infrastructure Automation

  • Design, develop, and maintain robustCI/CD pipelinesusingJenkins,GitHub Actions,Azure DevOps, andArgoCD.
  • Automate Helm-based Kubernetes deployments with GitOps best practices.
  • Manage container image versioning, tagging, and deployments through securecontainer registries(ACR, DockerHub).

Cloud Platform & Azure Services

  • Architect and manage cloud infrastructure onMicrosoft AzureusingTerraform,ARM templates, orBicep.
  • Manage and integrate services likeAzure Functions,Azure API Gateway,Azure App Registration,Key Vault,Azure AD,Azure Storage,Redis,Azure Databases, andCost Management.
  • Integrate and operateAzure AI services,AI Search, andDocument IntelligenceAPIs in enterprise workflows.

Kubernetes & Containerization

  • Operate, scale, and optimize Kubernetes clusters (AKS and self-managed), supporting horizontal and vertical pod autoscaling.
  • Configure and manageingress controllers,load balancers, andCDNsfor scalable application delivery
  • Ensure best practices in Helm chart management, namespaces, secrets, and configmaps.
  • Implement secret management usingExternal Secrets Operatorwith Azure Key Vault.

Observability & Monitoring

  • Deploy and configure monitoring tools such asPrometheus,Grafana,Azure Monitor, andAlert Manager.
  • Develop and maintain Grafana dashboards, custom visualizations, and alerts for applications and infrastructure.
  • Integrate alerting and notifications withSlack,Microsoft Teams, andJirafor operational visibility.

Security & Access Management

  • Configure and manageAzure Active Directoryfor identity and access.
  • Implement secure API access with Azure API Gateway and OAuth integrations.
  • Maintain infrastructure compliance with industry security standards and internal policies.

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work closely with engineering, product, and AI teams to ensure deployment readiness.
  • UseJira,Confluence, and similar tools for documentation, planning, and collaboration.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure/application issues and drive problem resolution across multiple teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience inDevOps,Cloud Infrastructure, orSREroles.
  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences and Soft Engineering.
  • Strong expertise inCI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD.
  • Deep knowledge ofAzure services, especially AI, Functions, API Gateway, and App Registrations.
  • Expertise inKubernetesandHelmwith a focus on scalable, secure production deployments.
  • Strong knowledge ofcontainerizationusing Docker
  • Monitoring expertise usingPrometheus,Grafana, andAzure Monitor.
  • Scripting and automation experience withBash,Shell, orPython.
  • Experience withalerting integrationsto Slack, Teams, and incident management tools.
  • Familiarity withAgile practices,Jira,Confluence, and DevSecOps principles.
