Job Description- Organize 4 to 6 BLS and Basic Resuscitation Skills Courses and 1 to 2 of each advanced course (ACLS/PALS/HBB/CPR Awareness/NRP) per month, supervising team members to ensure 100% course completion.
- Maintain 100% updated records of all courses and workshops, including trained students and instructors.
- Complete paperwork for AHA certified courses according to the checklist and send to Bosch Medicus, ensuring proper handover.
- Perform departmental operational tasks such as finalizing venue, instructors, organizing classrooms, arranging refreshments and IT equipment, and printing course materials, aiming for 80% effectiveness.
- Maintain an 80% updated departmental summary report and annual activity report.
- Keep records of monthly course registration and attendance, as well as petty cash data.
- Manage monthly departmental stationery indent and printing certificates for local courses.
- Provide proper communication during telephonic and reception interactions, including sharing course information and resolving queries.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the department and equipment, including mannequins and course materials, with proper handover procedures.
- Foster mutual respect and effective communication with department coworkers.
