Job Title - Senior Copywriter

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Copywriter to join our marketing team. This individual will play a key role in developing compelling copy across various channels, including ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and banners. The Senior Copywriter will be responsible for both the strategic and executional aspects of copywriting, ensuring that all content aligns with the brand voice and drives measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  1. Content Strategy & Execution
  2. Develop, implement, and refine copy strategies for marketing campaigns across multiple channels (ads, emails, landing pages, banners).
  3. Collaborate with the design, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand tone.
  4. Interpret marketing briefs to generate creative, persuasive copy that resonates with target audiences.
  5. Work closely with the creative and digital teams to ensure that copy aligns with the overall campaign objectives and user experience.
  6. Ad Copy
  7. Write compelling and concise ad copy for social media, display ads, and PPC campaigns.
  8. Optimize ad copy to drive click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
  9. Email Campaigns
  10. Craft attention-grabbing subject lines and email body content to boost open rates and engagement.
  11. A/B test email copy and strategies to enhance performance.
  12. Landing Pages & Banners
  13. Write optimized, high-converting copy for landing pages that encourage user engagement and lead generation.
  14. Create banner ads that capture attention and communicate key messages effectively.
  15. Brand Voice & Consistency
  16. Maintain and refine the brand's voice and tone across all marketing channels.
  17. Ensure consistency of messaging across all touchpoints.
  18. Content Optimization & Testing
  19. Regularly review campaign performance and use data insights to optimize copy for maximum effectiveness.
  20. Conduct A/B tests for ads, emails, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates.
  21. Collaborative Ideation
  22. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm campaign ideas, positioning, and taglines.
  23. Participate in creative sessions and contribute to the overall content calendar.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  1. Conversion Rate: Increase in conversion rates across ads, emails, and landing pages.
  2. Click-Through Rate (CTR): Improvement in CTR for digital ads and email campaigns.
  3. Open Rate & Engagement: Growth in email open rates, click rates, and overall engagement metrics.
  4. Lead Generation: Number of qualified leads generated through landing pages.
  5. Campaign ROI: Return on investment for content-driven campaigns.
  6. A/B Testing Results: Positive changes resulting from iterative testing and optimization efforts.
