Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central specialist to work on a short-term project integrating Business Central with Sana Commerce. The role involves assessing the current ERP and Sana Commerce setup, planning and implementing the integration, and configuring product, customer, and order data mapping to ensure smooth two-way synchronization of inventory, pricing, and order statuses. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on experience with Business Central, a strong understanding of Sana Commerce's integration methods, and expertise in APIs, OData, and web services for data exchange. Experience in configuring ERP and web shop workflows, troubleshooting integration issues, and documenting processes is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Assess the current ERP and Sana Commerce setup.
  • Plan and implement the integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sana Commerce.
  • Configure product, customer, and order data mapping to enable two-way synchronization of inventory, pricing, and order statuses.
  • Work with APIs, OData, and web services to enable data exchange.
  • Configure ERP and web shop workflows, troubleshoot integration issues, and document processes.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
  • Strong understanding of ERP modules: inventory, sales, finance, logistics.
  • Experience integrating ERP systems with web shops (Sana Commerce, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or middleware for data synchronization.
  • Experience configuring products, customers, and order flows between ERP and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong debugging and documentation skills.
Bonus
  • Hands-on experience with Sana Commerce.
  • Experience with ERP-based B2B and B2C operations.
  • Familiarity with Azure Functions, Power Automate, or Logic Apps for automation.

Additional experience with other e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento, as well as familiarity with automation tools like Power Automate or Azure Functions, would be a plus.
