Job Title: Senior Frontend Engineer

Location: Islamabad

Minimum Experience: 5 to 7 years

Role Summary

We are looking for experienced senior Frontend resources who can own product development and deliver high-quality technical designs and code in an agile scrum-based environment. The ideal candidate should be capable of communicating and working closely with other teams.

The candidate should enjoy thinking outside the box, continuously improving through learning and feedback, tackling new problems, deploying frequently, thinking on their feet, and innovating.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver features end-to-end: technical design, architecture, development, and resolving team blockers.
  2. Provide technical leadership and own specific platform areas.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
  4. Lead code reviews and quality assurance efforts.
  5. Participate in product discussions, taking ownership and initiative.
  6. Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Mentor and guide junior engineers.
Requirements
  1. At least 5+ years of experience in developing scalable web applications.
  2. Experience with medium to large web applications, especially with modern front-end frameworks such as React and Vue.
  3. Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  4. Strong understanding of design patterns, architecture, and web project development from scratch and refactoring.
  5. Experience with technology upgrades and writing unit tests.
  6. Optional: Experience with Sencha Ext JS.
  7. Strong fundamentals in computer science and programming.
  8. Good knowledge of modern web architecture and responsive design.
  9. Experience with UI design patterns, security, performance, and usability.
  10. Familiarity with modern engineering practices like code reviews and continuous deployment.
  11. Willingness to learn new technologies and concepts.
  12. Passion for building a company and working in a small team.
