Job Summary:

Interwood Mobel is seeking a dedicated and experienced DM Warehouse to oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient management of goods and inventory. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems, and the ability to optimize workflow and processes to enhance productivity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment
  • Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock levels, manage reordering, and conduct regular audits
  • Coordinate the distribution of products to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and optimizing delivery schedules
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all warehouse activities and maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions actively
  • Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products
  • Prepare reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and operational issues for senior management.

Requirements

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities efficiently
