We are seeking a talented and imaginative Video Editing Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in creating visually captivating and engaging video content for our social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a keen understanding of current social media trends, a flair for creative design, and the ability to convey messages effectively through short-form videos. As a Social Media Video Content Designer, you will collaborate with our marketing and content teams to produce compelling videos that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Video Design: Conceptualize and design eye-catching and dynamic short-form videos tailored for various social media platforms, ensuring they align with our brand aesthetics and goals.
  2. Visual Storytelling: Translate marketing messages and concepts into compelling visual narratives that effectively engage and resonate with our social media audience.
  3. Motion Graphics: Integrate motion graphics, text overlays, animations, and visual effects to enhance the appeal and storytelling of videos.
  4. Platform Optimization: Adapt video content to fit the requirements and best practices of different social media platforms, considering aspect ratios, durations, and engagement tactics.
  5. Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, design techniques, and emerging platforms to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
  6. Collaborative Ideation: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and generate creative ideas for video campaigns and initiatives.
  7. Asset Management: Organize and manage video files, graphics, and other media assets, maintaining a structured library for easy access and retrieval.
  8. Feedback Incorporation: Accept and implement feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and enhance video content.
  9. Deadline Adherence: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality video content that meets campaign schedules.
  10. Technical Proficiency: Utilize video editing and graphic design software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, to create professional-quality videos.

Education:
A bachelor's degree in graphic design, film production, digital media, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience and a robust portfolio will also be considered.
