We are seeking a SDET professional with expertise primarily in manual testing. The successful candidate will work as an extension of the R&D team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.

The hired individual will be based in the Contour Software Islamabad office, working as part of the resource-center team, supporting the R&D department of the division.

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• 2-5 years of testing experience with customer-facing enterprise applications.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with API testing.
• Experience with relational databases, querying, and troubleshooting is an asset.
• Attention to detail, responsible attitude, quick learner.
• Good knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience testing client-server web applications for functionality, usability, and performance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to make timely decisions, solve problems, and handle complex tasks under deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated team player.
• Willingness to learn new technical skills and research QA techniques.
• Ability to maintain composure, handle stress, and stay positive under resistance or obstacles.

• Understanding requirements and creating test documentation.
• Performing functional, application, regression, and performance tests promptly.
• Communicating with product developers and Product Owners to resolve issues quickly.
