1. Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production of products.
2. Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
3. Review activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
4. Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
5. Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
6. Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services.
7. Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities.
8. Manage the external production process of instruments.
9. Supervise and coordinate with all the departments of the company for effective & efficient performance.
10. Discuss with the Chief Executive any major points, flaws, discrepancies and take corrective and preventive action.
11. Carry out any other assignment assigned by the chief executive.
12. Assist the chief executive in managing the company's administration.

Job Specification

Minimum 10 years Production Experience in Surgical Field.
Administration and Management: Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Computer Literacy: Sufficient knowledge about operating the basic software e.g. MS Office, Internet & E-mail.
Language Proficiency: Good command of English reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Law and Government: Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules.
Production and Processing: Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Judgment and Decision Making: Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
Monitoring: Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
Speaking: Talking to others to convey information effectively.
Problem Sensitivity: The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.
