Seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our real estate marketing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will develop and implement lead-generating strategies tailored to our clients' brands. You will craft engaging content, manage social media platforms, and oversee paid advertising campaigns. Additionally, you will play a vital role in brand management, executing targeted marketing strategies on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Content writing skills and a client-first approach are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead-generating social media strategies for real estate clients, utilizing market research and competitor analysis.
- Create engaging social media content, including posts and ads, to attract and convert potential leads.
- Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and message delivery.
- Implement pay-per-click (PPC) marketing campaigns with a data-driven approach for optimal results.
- Contribute to branding campaigns, establishing brand recognition and attracting high-converting leads.
- Execute tailored Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn strategies to boost engagement and acquire qualified leads.
- Manage professionally crafted Instagram content to attract more leads and establish industry expertise.
- Utilize Twitter as a marketing tool for instant visibility and fast-paced lead generation.
- Develop LinkedIn content marketing strategies to establish connections and business opportunities.
- Provide content writing support for social media, PPC ads, and web design, focusing on engagement and conversions.
- Prioritize client satisfaction, assigning dedicated account managers and incorporating client feedback.
- Monitor campaign performance, track progress, and provide accurate reports.
- Uphold integrity and transparency in all client interactions, answering questions and clarifying methodologies.
- Utilize data-driven marketing techniques to develop effective strategies.
- Ensure timely project delivery by employing efficient productivity tools and fostering collaborative teamwork.
- Able to strategize, plan and work with our team to execute our Digital Marketing efforts across Social, Ad Spend, Email & SEO.
- Responsible for maintaining the active presence and functionality of all social media platforms for the company.
- Utilizing the company's existing database to attract organic traffic to the website.
- Managing and implementing paid content campaigns across all social media platforms.
- Ensuring the generation of leads through the effective utilization of paid content.
- Managing and assigning leads to appropriate team members.
Analysing leads and costs to generate comprehensive reports for evaluation and decision-making.
Job Specification- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate.
- Proven track record in developing successful lead-generating social media strategies.
- Proficiency in managing various social media platforms and their advertising tools.
- Strong data-driven approach to optimize campaigns and achieve desired outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of content marketing principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Creative mindset and up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
