Your Impact:
As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of listings on online travel aggregators such as Airbnb and Booking.com. Your primary focus will be on optimizing listing performance, ensuring accuracy, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality and customer service.
Your Daily Hustle:
- Identify and execute optimized performance matrix for revenue delivery and performance maximization through OTAs and other channels
- Create and execute revenue drivers to deliver high performing ADR versus occupancy mix
- Optimize existing listings by enhancing descriptions, updating photos, and implementing pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Regularly review and update listing content, including descriptions, amenities, and house rules, to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Coordinate with hosts to gather necessary information and assets for listing optimization.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to adjust listing rates accordingly for maximum occupancy and revenue.
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive bookings during low-demand periods.
- Maintain accurate availability calendars across all online travel aggregators to prevent double bookings and ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to schedule property turnovers and ensure readiness for incoming guests.
- Generate regular reports on listing performance metrics, including occupancy rates, booking revenue, and guest satisfaction scores.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for growth.
Your Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or online travel aggregator management is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of online booking platforms such as Gathern, Airbnb, Booking.com, and others.
- Responsibility and ownership with bias towards action and delivery in a fast-paced, constantly changing and agile work environment;
- Experience in leadership roles within the tech / travel / consulting/ e-commerce/ hospitality industry, managing cross functional projects and teams,
- Ability to lead and influence young and lean teams, garner excellence and efficiency at all levels of the organization.
- Problem solving and are driven by complex projects that require you to step out of your comfort zone.
- Ability to read, translate and deliver high performance decision making through the right analysis and execution of data
