We are hiring a skilled and experienced Finisher Supervisor to join our team in Karachi As a Finisher Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing process of various products ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are achieved You will also be responsible for managing a team of finishers providing guidance and training as needed
Responsibilities
- Oversee the finishing process of products ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines
- Communicate with production team to coordinate finishing schedules
- Manage a team of finishers providing guidance and training as needed
- Inspect finished products for any defects or issues
- Maintain inventory of finishing materials and supplies
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the finishing process
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of different types of finishing techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational or technical training is preferred
Salary The salary for this position is $900 per month
Location This is a full-time position located in Karachi
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Pakistan
