Role Description

We are seeking dynamic and experienced educators to join our academic team for various subjects under the Cambridge O and A Level curriculum. The ideal candidates should have a passion for their subject area, the ability to engage learners at the secondary and advanced level, and a strong understanding of the Cambridge approach to teaching, learning, and assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons for Cambridge O and A Level students.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and academically challenging classroom environment.
• Design lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources based on Cambridge learning objectives.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and styles.
• Prepare students for Cambridge International Examinations (O & A Levels) and internal assessments.
• Track and report on student progress; provide timely feedback and support.
• Maintain accurate student records and contribute to progress reports and parent meetings.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
• Actively participate in school activities, events, and professional development sessions.
• Uphold discipline, safety, and respect within the learning environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's Degree in the relevant subject or in Education with a subject specialization.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification would be a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Cambridge O and A Levels.
• Strong command of subject matter and familiarity with Cambridge assessment standards.
