Position Purpose
As a META Ad Specialist (Software Industry), you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing META advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others for the Software niche. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads through strategic ad placements and targeted audience engagement.

Education & Professional Qualification:

  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a META Ads Specialist for Software campaign.
  • Software industry campaign's experience is a must.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising strategies specifically tailored for the Software Industry industry to generate qualified leads.
  • Create and optimize lead generation funnels that directly impact ROI by driving conversions from targeted businesses.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance across Meta platforms, adjusting strategies in real time to improve return on ad spend (ROAS) and lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Conduct deep audience research to segment and target Business and related decision-makers with precision.
  • Develop high-converting ad creatives—visuals, videos, and ad copy—aligned with software service pain points and value propositions.
  • Manage budgets effectively, implementing bid strategies that maximize ROI across all ad sets and campaigns.
  • Analyze KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and most importantly, ROI—ensuring campaigns meet profitability benchmarks.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and ROI analysis, highlighting top-performing assets and areas needing refinement.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad variations (imagery, copy, targeting) to continually enhance campaign results.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure ad messaging supports the full conversion journey.
  • Keep up-to-date with Meta Ads policy changes.
  • Optimize landing page performance and user flow with tools like Hotjar or Unbounce to reduce drop-offs and improve lead quality.
  • Ensure campaigns contribute directly to client acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth within the medical billing niche.
  • Remain agile and proactive in adjusting strategies to maintain cost-efficiency while scaling qualified lead volume.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns, backed by a strong portfolio of high-performing projects on Software services.
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and related platforms, with working knowledge of additional tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Twitter Ads.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, Facebook Pixel, and Google Analytics to track and improve ad performance.
  • Creative flair with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and collaborate on engaging visual content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Excellent commu]nication and project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple campaigns while meeting tight deadlines.
  • In-depth understanding of social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm shifts to maintain competitive campaign strategies.
  • Meta Blueprint or similar certifications are a plus and reflect a commitment to industry standards and continuous learning.
