Full Stack Developer

Work Hours: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM, 6 Days a Week (NIGHT SHIFT)

Experience Required: 1.5 years to 2 years

Overview:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in WordPress and PHP.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining responsive websites, developing custom themes and plugins, and collaborating with designers to bring digital experiences to life. This is an onsite role, ideal for someone comfortable in both front-end and back-end development within a WordPress environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain WordPress websites with custom themes and plugins.
  2. Write clean, modular PHP code and integrate with third-party APIs.
  3. Use WordPress REST API for custom functionality and integrations.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues quickly and effectively.
  5. Optimize performance using caching plugins and best practices.
  6. Use Git, FTP, and SSH for code management and deployments.
  7. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product teams to ensure functional and attractive web interfaces.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with WordPress and PHP development
  • Strong command of:
    • WordPress theme and plugin development
    • PHP (with OOP fundamentals)
    • MySQL and basic database optimization
  • Familiarity with:
    • WordPress REST API
    • SEO best practices and performance tools (e.g., caching, image compression)
    • Experience with version control (Git) and basic server tools (SSH, FTP)

Bonus Skills:

  • Exposure to Node.js (used for tools, scripts, or backend services)
  • Experience with WooCommerce or Shopify
  • Basic understanding of Laravel or other PHP MVC frameworks
  • Interest in JAMstack or headless CMS architectures (WordPress as a backend)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) or deployment tools like Docker
